Sebastián Liste is a documentary photographer, sociologist, and founder of PhotoDocumentarians, a mentorship platform and global community for photographers developing long-form visual stories. His photographs have been published in National Geographic, TIME, The New York Times and The New Yorker, and his work has taken him across the Americas, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe. A member of NOOR Images and a Leica Ambassador, he has spent two decades building documentary projects through sustained engagement with the communities he photographs.

Photographers he has mentored have received the National Geographic Explorer Grant, the Alexia Grant and Pulitzer Center grants, and exhibited at Visa pour l’Image and Les Rencontres d’Arles.
